YetiLabs Post Alerts for Slack
A WordPress plugin published on wordpress.org: it posts to Slack automatically when an article is published in the chosen categories.

Simple rules — category, channel, message: when a post is published in one of a rule's categories, the plugin sends a message to the chosen channel, built from a template with the post's title, link, author and categories. It uses the Slack Web API with a bot token, falls back to an incoming webhook, and works per site in a multisite network.
